You can start coming to serve at age 14. 13 is ok if graduated from 8th grade.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO COME TO SERVE?

Our fee for missionaries is $225. This helps cover the food and lodging for the week of camp.

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

Your $55 registration fee (paid during the online application process) holds your position at camp. All remaining camp fees are to be paid by April 1, 2016. If there are still openings after April 1st, and you register after that time, adjustments can be made. Payments may be made online at www.campbarnabas.org/makeapayment or by mailing a check to P O Box 3200, Springfield, MO 65808. If you pay by check, please be sure to note whether you are paying for a camper or missionary and put that person's name on the check. NOTE:  Payments for those coming with a summer mission group will be made through your group.

WHAT IS BARNABAS ON THE LAKE AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT THAN CAMP BARNABAS?

Barnabas on the Lake is our newest property helping us to reach more campers than ever before. It is located on a peninsula near Shell Knob, Missouri. Camp Barnabas is located in Purdy, Missouri. Besides locations, there are very little major differences. The parties, themes, devotionals, and basic activities are exactly the same. There are additional activities on Barnabas on the Lake, such as boating, tubing, barn swinging, etc. simply because of it being a "newer" property. The core values, mission and vision of Barnabas are absolute and an integral part of both locations.
