Staff at Camp Barnabas come in all shapes and sizes, from all types of backgrounds and possess a large capacity to have fun and cultivate an intimate relationship with God. We hire two types of staff: year-round and summer.

All of our staff members know that pursuing the work of God, with a heart for excellence to honor Him while llving out a spirit of humility, is essential to fulfilling His purpose for the ministry of Camp Barnabas.
